Guide Overview
This guide explains the main features of MyAttendance/SEAtS Attend across the entire application.
Home
The home screen is the main reporting dashboard within the application. The main feature of the home screen is to provide flexibility to the user to define through filters, meaningful data that assists identifying students with poor attendance. The data and how it is presented to the user is savable and exportable.
Student Profile
The student profile provides all information relating to a student within one area. Visibility of items within the profile are linked to permissions within access profiles within the administration site.
Items available to view within the profile include student demographic details, timeline, student calendar, attendance data and workflow information.
Calendar
The calendar tab displays any schedule information for the student. The view can include appointments, activities and absences. If linked to attendance, the colour will update accordingly with the attendance status.
Analytics
The tab displays the student’s attendance data. The charts can be viewed in weekly, monthly and Academic year to date format. The chart information button summarises the data when selected.
The weekly attendance chart displays attendance from today -24 weeks. If the student has not been scheduled to attend events in this look back period, no data will be displayed. If the student has been scheduled however has not attended, this will be represented as a point in the graph with detail visible on hover or within the chart description. Note: It may be beneficial to narrow the timeline view to display student schedule information to assist in understanding the graph data, along with applying the date information in your settings options.
